After submitting the application, you will be prompted to submit payment. If that does not happen, something has gone wrong. Please let us know by emailing admin@winmill.com.

Once your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted by our office to submit the required documentation and complete the application process. Processing fees for applications are non-refundable regardless of union acceptance.
